These Terms are written in English. Where translations may be offered as a convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction and/or applicable local law, in order to register an Account or use any feature of the bpexc Platform. The 18+ age threshold does not, by itself, imply that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan or in any other specific jurisdiction. Users bear personal responsibility for verifying the minimum legal age applicable to them.
Underage Use Strictly Prohibited. bpexc takes underage gambling seriously. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person below the applicable minimum age will be immediately suspended, all funds may be forfeited pending investigation, and the matter may be escalated to relevant authorities.

The Platform reserves the right to restrict access from specific countries or regions where applicable law, licensing conditions or regulatory guidance prohibits the provision of online gambling services. Accessing the Platform through VPN, proxy or other circumvention tools in order to bypass geographic restrictions is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify bpexc promptly of any changes.
bpexc applies KYC procedures in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-financing-of-terrorism (CFT) obligations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals or certain Account features are enabled:
Document Integrity: You must not alter, obscure, crop or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. All documents must be original or certified true copies. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and notification to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bpexc will never ask for your password by email, live chat or any other unsolicited channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, bpexc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to commercial use, data scraping, or any activity that places an unreasonable burden on Platform infrastructure.

All sports betting markets, casino games and other wagering products available on the Platform are governed by individual product-specific rules accessible within each game or market view. In the event of ambiguity, the Platform's documented rules take precedence over verbal or written communications from support staff, unless a formal written correction is issued by the Platform.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagers and may vary by sport, market, game type and Account tier. These are displayed at the point of bet placement. bpexc reserves the right to apply individual Account limits at its sole discretion, including in response to identified advantageous betting patterns.
Deposits may be made using payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods may include familiar Pakistani payment instruments; however, bpexc does not guarantee that any specific method will be available and is not responsible for failures caused by third-party payment processors.
References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for general context only. These providers do not endorse or support online gambling on this Platform. Always check the live cashier for confirmed available methods.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification to the required level; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) compliance with the Platform's AML obligations. Withdrawal processing timelines are estimates only and are subject to delays caused by third-party processors, banking systems, compliance reviews or public holidays.
bpexc reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in accordance with the Platform's anti-money-laundering controls.
The primary display currency on the Platform is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing will be applied. bpexc is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations that occur between transaction initiation and processing.
All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers and promotional rewards offered by bpexc are subject to specific terms that are published at the point of offer. In all cases, the following general principles apply:
bpexc employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to clear wagering requirements; and coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonus winnings voided and may be subject to permanent closure.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bpexc Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and legal action where warranted:
Important: bpexc actively cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where Platform use involves suspected criminal activity, bpexc will report relevant information to appropriate authorities, including the Financial Monitoring Unit of Pakistan (FMU) where applicable AML obligations require it.
All content on the bpexc Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and data compilations — is the property of bpexc or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited licence to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, sell or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express written permission of bpexc.
References to third-party brands, leagues or payment method names on this Platform are for contextual and informational purposes only. Such references do not imply affiliation, endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated in a formal written agreement.
bpexc does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages or circumstances beyond the Platform's control may result in temporary unavailability. bpexc shall not be liable for any loss arising from such unavailability.
Gambling involves risk and financial loss is a foreseeable and inherent outcome. bpexc accepts no liability for any financial losses sustained through lawful use of the Platform. By placing a wager, you acknowledge and accept the risk of loss.
The Platform may incorporate or reference third-party services, including payment processors and game providers. bpexc is not responsible for the performance, policies or failures of third-party service providers. Any disputes with third-party providers must be directed to those providers directly.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpexc's total aggregate liability to any user for claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amended version, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the process described in Section 15.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, it may be referred to binding arbitration or to the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by the operator's governing legal framework.
