Gambling is entertainment — and like all entertainment, it works best when it stays within boundaries you set yourself. bpexc provides you with the tools, information and support to keep your play healthy and informed.
Every registered bpexc user has access to these safer-play tools from within their Account settings. They are free, immediate and — in the case of self-exclusion — irrevocable during the chosen period.
Set a maximum amount you can deposit into your bpexc account per day, week or month. Once set, a limit can only be reduced immediately — increasing a limit requires a mandatory cooling-off period before it takes effect.
Define the maximum net loss you are willing to accept in a given time period. When your net loss reaches this threshold, further play is paused for the remainder of that period. A sensible, realistic loss limit is one of the most effective responsible gambling tools available.
Set a maximum duration for any single play session. You can also enable time reminders that alert you every 30 or 60 minutes as you play. It is easy to lose track of time — session controls make sure you stay aware.
Take a voluntary break from the Platform for 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, two weeks or up to six weeks without going through full self-exclusion. During a cool-off, you cannot log in or place wagers. No promotional messages will be sent during this time.
Request a longer-term or permanent block on your account. Self-exclusion periods start at six months and can extend to five years or be made permanent. Once active, the exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period — this is intentional and for your protection.
You can opt out of all promotional and bonus-related communications at any time from your Account notification settings. If you have requested a cool-off or self-exclusion, marketing is suspended automatically for the duration.
All responsible gambling tools are accessible directly from your Account settings page on bpexc. If you cannot find them or need assistance activating any tool, contact our support team at [email protected] or via 24/7 live chat — we will set them up for you immediately.
Responsible gambling starts before you open a single market. Deciding upfront how much time and money you are willing to spend is the single most effective thing you can do to keep gambling as entertainment rather than a problem.
The bpexc limits system is designed around one principle: tightening a limit is always instant; loosening one always takes time. This removes impulsive decisions made during a losing streak from affecting your long-term finances.
As a practical starting point, consider your monthly disposable entertainment budget — the amount you could lose entirely without affecting rent, food, family expenses or savings. Then set your monthly deposit limit to that figure or below. Many users who have used this approach report that it completely changes their relationship with the Platform for the better.
Gambling is not a way to make money. Any session can end in a loss. Never deposit money you cannot afford to lose, and never attempt to recover losses by placing larger bets. Chasing losses is one of the most common — and most harmful — patterns in problem gambling.
Maximum you can deposit in a 24-hour rolling period. Example: PKR 2,000/day keeps your daily exposure manageable regardless of wins or losses.
Caps total deposits across a rolling 7-day window. Useful if you tend to play in bursts rather than daily — stops a big weekend session from running over budget.
The broadest financial control available. Setting a monthly limit aligned to your disposable entertainment budget (e.g., PKR 5,000–PKR 10,000) is the most reliable way to prevent overspending.
Automatically pauses your account once your net losses hit the threshold you defined. Reinstates automatically at the start of the next period (daily/weekly/monthly) so you always start fresh.
A pop-up notification appears at your chosen interval (30, 60 or 90 minutes) to remind you how long you have been playing. No automatic lockout — just a prompt to check in with yourself.
Goes beyond a reminder — your session is automatically ended when the limit is reached. You are logged out and cannot log back in until the session cooldown expires.
Self-exclusion is the strongest responsible gambling tool on the Platform. It is designed for users who feel they are losing control of their gambling behaviour and need a firm, non-negotiable break.
When you request self-exclusion, your Account is locked immediately. You will be unable to log in, make deposits, place bets or receive any promotional communications for the entire duration of the exclusion. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you — bonus balances are forfeited.
Available exclusion durations are: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanent. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
To request self-exclusion, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gambling → Self-Exclusion. You can also request it directly via our support team — in which case the exclusion will be applied to your account within one hour of your confirmed request.
Important: During a self-exclusion period, please do not attempt to open a new account on the Platform. Doing so is a breach of our Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate closure of the new account and forfeiture of any associated funds.
Immediate Account Lock — Your account is blocked within minutes of confirmed request. No access to any Platform features.
Balance Return — Real-money funds remaining in your account are returned via your registered payment method after identity verification.
Bonus Forfeiture — Any active bonus balance, free bet credits or promotional funds are voided upon exclusion.
Marketing Cessation — All promotional emails, SMS and push notifications are immediately stopped for the duration of exclusion.
Irrevocable Period — The exclusion cannot be shortened or lifted early. This is a feature, not a bug — it protects you from impulsive decisions to return.
Reactivation Process — After expiry of a time-limited exclusion, you must contact support to request reactivation. There is a mandatory 7-day waiting period before your account is reinstated, giving you time to reflect.
Problem gambling does not always look dramatic. It often starts quietly — a slightly larger bet to recoup a loss, a session that runs longer than planned, a reluctance to talk about gambling with family. Recognising the patterns early is crucial.
Read through the following warning signs honestly. If two or more of them feel familiar, it may be worth taking a break and speaking to a professional.
Chasing losses — Placing bigger bets to try to recover money already lost, often leading to larger losses.
Gambling with money you cannot afford to lose — Using money set aside for rent, bills, groceries or family expenses to fund gambling sessions.
Secretive behaviour — Hiding gambling activity from family, friends or a partner; feeling shame or guilt about the amount you gamble.
Unable to stop — Continuing to gamble even after deciding to stop, or feeling unable to enjoy entertainment without it.
Neglecting responsibilities — Missing work, family commitments or social obligations because of gambling time or related financial stress.
Borrowing money to gamble — Taking loans, using a credit card or borrowing from friends and family with the intention of gambling the funds.
Gambling as an escape — Using gambling to cope with stress, anxiety, family pressure or financial worry rather than as entertainment.
Restlessness when not gambling — Feeling irritable, anxious or preoccupied when not able to access gambling platforms.
Answer these questions honestly. There are no right or wrong answers — this is for your own awareness only.
Have you ever bet more than you intended to in a single session because you wanted to win back a recent loss?
Has anyone close to you — a partner, parent, sibling or friend — expressed concern about your gambling habits in the last three months?
Have you ever lied about how much time or money you have spent on gambling?
Have you ever used money originally intended for essential expenses (rent, food, utility bills, school fees) to fund a gambling session?
Do you find yourself thinking about gambling frequently when you are not playing — planning future sessions or replaying past ones?
Have you tried to cut back on gambling before and found it difficult or impossible to follow through?
If you answered yes to two or more of the above questions, we encourage you to use our self-exclusion or cool-off tools immediately, and to consider speaking with a mental health professional or counsellor. Our support team at [email protected] can also help you activate account restrictions right away.

Context for Pakistani Users: Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial legislation mean that local institutional support specifically for online gambling may be limited. However, mental health support for compulsive behaviour and financial stress is available through private clinics and hospitals in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. Seeking help from a qualified counsellor is always a valid and recommended step, regardless of whether gambling is locally regulated.
We believe that sustainable entertainment requires a sustainable relationship with gambling. bpexc commits to maintaining responsible gambling tools as a core part of the Platform — not an afterthought — and to continuously reviewing our practices in line with recognised responsible gambling standards.
We will never remove responsible gambling tools or make them harder to access in order to increase revenue.
We will not send promotional materials to users who have activated a cool-off or self-exclusion.
We will honour all self-exclusion requests in full and for their complete requested duration — no exceptions.
We apply age verification through KYC and will refuse service to any person found to be under the minimum age requirement.
We monitor Account activity for signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out with support information where patterns suggest risk.
We present gambling for what it is — a form of entertainment with inherent risk — and do not use marketing language that implies gambling is a reliable source of income.
